Orders with in the UK are sent 1st Class Royal Mail recorded delivery, All deliveries are insured up to the value of £45.

Please be aware that most of our merchandise will not be in stock therefore will have to be ordered from the USA using the order statuses as mentioned below.
Orders are dispatched from the UK therefore orders from with in the EU are quicker as there can be no hold ups or Charges associated with Domestic Customs Authorities.
Delivery with in the EU will take about 3-5 days once your order has been dispatched. All Orders take a minimum of 3 days to process.
All International Orders from outside the UK are sent Royal Mail International Signed For Service.
Once orders have been processed and dispatched to destination countries from outside the EU take 7 Days to reach the destination. Generally clothing is not delayed by customs authorites, however please be aware items held up by the destination country’s domestic customs is completely out of our hands.
Due to the complexity involved with sourcing sporting goods from overseas based leagues, we often order in merchandise to fulfil orders. If this is the case it takes roughly 2-3 weeks to reach our office. Depending on the item we may have stock in for immediate dispatch, if an item is urgent please call our office on 0345 350 3795 to confirm delivery time.
A pending order is the status of an order which has just been placed, this means it is in a queue to be processed. Processing an order involves checking the availablilty of the ordered item, either setting the order to processing or straight to dispatch.
A processing order is where the particular items have been ordered and are awaiting delivery to the UK from the supply line in the USA. This will normally take 2-3 weeks to reach our UK office, customised items will take around 6 weeks.
A dispatched order has left our office and is on way to you! Generally UK customers will receive the item the next day. We upload the tracking number to order notes which you can view from your customer log in on our website.
