These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed through https://nflshopuk.com. Please read them before placing any order. These terms and conditions do not to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Prices

All prices are shown in pound sterling.

Payment

We accept payment by all the following methods. Online transaction and by bank transfer. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard and Visa.  All card payments are processed via our secure payment system over the phone or through our website – https://nflshopuk.com.

We do not store or keep any credit card details. 

Delivery

Items ordered will be processed within 72 hours of purchase. Once a order is “processing” you will be notified via email, from this point a refund on your order is against our terms of service, this is because we have outlaid the cost of your item and placed your item on order from the USA and is physically on route to our UK office.

We make every effort to ensure that delivery is made within 2-3 business days however some items which are ordered from the USA may take 2-3 weeks however a maximum delivery period of 3 months from purchase. Customised items take around 4-6 weeks to be delivered, with a maximum delivery period of 4 months from purchase.

As we offer so many variations and styles for each team,  we often order these from the manufacturer/supplier to fulfil orders. We do stock many items for all of the sports advertised. It is always best to check the delivery prior to ordering, to avoid any miss-understanding, we will be happy to let you know a delivery estimate.

Customer service can be contacted Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm. You can still leave a message during out of office hours, and you will receive a reply the next business day.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from our site, as we aim to offer you an excellent service. If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of item. Once contact has been made to customer services by email to support@nflshopuk.com the returned item must be delivered to our returns address within 14 days of original receipt of item.

After this time we will not able to refund your order. Customers are responsible for the return postage costs, if the items are not sent on a tracked delivery service and receipt of delivery is not confirmed, we will not be responsible for the item(s).
After we have established that the item is unused, and original brand tags are fully attached, you will be refunded the sale price excluding original cost of delivery.
All goods must be in a new and unused condition, along with it’s original packaging. If the item is returned to us and not in a re-sellable condition, we are not responsible for the return postage costs of the item, this is charged to the customer.

Orders containing customised items can not be returned or refunded once the order status has been set to processing.

Any links to third party web sites are covered by the third parties privacy policies. We will collect and store information about you to allow us to firstly, process and fulfil any order requirements and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.
